If an item is damaged upon arrival this can be returned within 14 days of purchase after proof is provided (this can be in the form of a picture). There can be no signs of the product being used or else the warranty is void.
If an Item is damaged under normal use the item has to be send back to us and will be inspected by us (dog decorum).
It is your (the customer) responsibility that the dog is properly lead trained. Even though our products are tested and proven of quality, they are not indestructible and should be inspected before use. A lead that breaks as a result of extensive pulling does not fall under warranty, nor does a dog chewing through the lead.
Please note that customised orders cannot be returned and we thus ask you to be absolutely certain about your choice. If you are unsure what a certain colour combination wil look like, you can contact us via instagram or firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then show you the colour combination you would like to see.
All of our products are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipping, therefor we believe non of our products are faulty when dispatched. Any return cost (e.g. shipping) will be for you (the customer).
